Returns & Cancellations

We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.

Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling if we are not able to replace the wine. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund including shipping and handling charges if we are not able to replace the wine. Please contact customer service at (707) 963-2134 for return instructions.

A 6% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.


Event Cancellation Policy

  • Please note that our Barrels & Beasts Dinner tickets are for our VIP customers and their guests when accompanied by a VIP.  They are not transferrable at any time. 
  • We have a 2 week cancellation policy for a full refund. If for some reason you cannot attend please inform us as soon as you can. We will offer a wine credit to your account if you should have to cancel within two weeks of the event as long as we are notified at least 72 hours prior.
