Grappa is the essence of the grape distilled and evaporated into a perfume of white lighting and 40% alcohol or 80 proof.  The 2007 Desiree’s Grappa is so aromatic you can smell the literal essence of the wine and terrior it was grown on.  Made from double distilled 100% Cabernet from Howell Mountain and a blend of St. Helena Mountain, Rutherford, Vineyard 887 and Villa Del Lago Cabernets.  This white lightning in a bottle is smooth, silky and power packed.  All you grappa lovers know what we mean!
