Our new winery and caves renew our family’s Venetian roots from 1150 A. D. and Tuscan traditions from 1450 A. D. from where the Del Dotto name originates. When we studied the lives and times of our Italian relatives, we thought about what life might have been like for them. The Venetians eye for details in architecture, with layered design upon layered design, truly reflected a desire to live in a beautiful world. Following in these steps, we used natural marble handcrafted into ornate, graceful designs, to express an uplifted spirit, an air of grandeur and a feeling of well being. This is the atmosphere we thought would be fitting for the new Del Dotto wines of Napa Valley. Our family is dedicated to making our wines with the same attention to detail.

Come and experience when fine wine, spectacular architecture, moving music, and delicious food all come together. Our goal is to create a wine experience not just a wine tasting. The new Del Dotto winery “Cathedral” and caves, with its elegant ambience, will take you back in time and teach you the history of wine while you taste out of the finest French and American oak barrels.

It will prove to be the ultimate wine tasting in the world!




	Estate Cave Experience and Barrel Tasting $50 per person: The Estate Cave Experience and Barrel Tasting includes barrel tasting of several different barrels and varietals in our Venetian style chandelier lined cave. Following the cave barrel tasting you will be escorted to our main tasting hall and will finish off your experience with additional bottled wines and a charcuterie platter of rare meats and cheeses, followed by a delicious chocolate and port pairing. All created by our fabulous in-house chef, Joshua Schwartz. The experience lasts about an hour. Estate Winery Bar Tasting $30 per person: The Estate Bar tasting includes a sampling of four wines and a port at our beautiful tasting bar. You will also enjoy a delicious array of cheese from all over the world, accompanied by almonds and our hand crafted dark chocolates. All tastings are By Reservation Only.
