Returns & Cancellations

We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to mail@deldottovineyards.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.

Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling if we are not able to replace the wine. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund including shipping and handling charges if we are not able to replace the wine. Please contact customer service at (707) 963-2134 for return instructions.

A 6% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.

 

VIP Event Cancellation Policy

  • We have a 2 week cancellation policy for a full refund on tickets that you purchase. If for some reason you cannot attend please inform as soon as you may. We will offer a wine credit to your account if you should have to cancel within two weeks of the event as long as we are notified at least 72 hours prior.
  • Platinum VIP members: If you are applying your complimentary tickets to this event, please note we need at least 30 days notice should you wish to cancel your tickets. If you are a no-show for the event your complimentary seats will be forfeited and may not be applied to an alternate event.

We greatly appreciate you giving us as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend as we have very long waitlists for our events.
