The 2014 Cinghiale Estate Pinot Noir is a gorgeous wine with a heady, fruit-floral bouquet that evolves in the glass to reveal background notes of earth and spice. As with the Reserve, the Estate bottling offers a rich and silky palate that has an amazing underlying structure that promises to be an excellent food wine in its youth or with age.
