2023 Estate Chardonnay

A symphony of aromas greets the senses in the 2023 Estate Chardonnay: sun-warmed apricot, brioche, and a bright, citrusy lift of blood orange. Hints of vanilla and the mineral coolness of river stones evoke the vineyard's unique terroir. These aromatic impressions carry through to a palate of impressive concentration, yet the wine flows with a refined, fluid elegance, leaving a lasting impression of balance and harmony.

Olive Oil Italian Blend

Our Olive oil is an Italian blend of Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolio, Coratina, Taggiasca, Moraiolo & Casaliva. It is of medium intensity with the signature peppery finish of fresh oil. Some of the flavors found in this blend are grassy, peppery, green tea, nutty and tropical to name a few. This is a finishing oil that does very well with salads, pastas, meats, sauces and with a little pinch of salt is delicious on bruschetta…..you can put on cantaloupe, ice cream, eggs. The thing with really great olive oil is that it doesn’t smother the food, it lifts it up and highlights all the flavors.
