Salumi Club FAQ

When will I be charged?

You will receive an email two weeks prior to processing your club shipment.  This allows wine club members to update their credit card or shipping address.  The card will be charged one week prior to shipping in order to allow time for processing and packaging at our warehouse.

I can’t sign up for the Salumi Club, the system is saying my email is already in use. How do I sign up now? 

This means you already have an online account with us. You will be able to sign up for the Salumi Club by logging into your existing account.  Having trouble logging in? Select “Forgot my Password” or quickly login with the “Magic Link” on the log in page.

Does someone have to be available to sign for my shipment?

Yes, someone must be present to sign for the shipment to ensure the package is put directly in refrigeration. Shipping to a business address is highly recommended.  Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

What happens if my shipment is returned?  

The carrier will make three delivery attempts before returning your package to us. If a shipment is returned, we will contact you to reschedule a new shipping date. A return fee, plus the new shipping charges will be applied.

I just received my tracking information and realized that I need to update my shipping address.  How do I update it if the order is already in transit?

Please contact us to request a reroute of your shipment to a new address. All reroute requests are subject to a reroute fee. Please note, no reroute request is guaranteed.  Rerouting the package will cause delivery delays.

How is my salumi shipped?

We will ship by UPS 2nd Day Air.

Can I pickup my salumi?

Absolutely! There is an option to pickup when signing up.  We will contact you to pre-arrange pickup at one of our tasting rooms once the Salumi Club is released.

What is your cancellation policy?

Although we would love for you to stay, just call or email to let us know. You may cancel at any time without penalty.

Do you ship outside of the US?  

We are currently only able to ship the Salumi Club orders within the US.

How long will salumi last in refrigeration?  

The salumi will last 4 to 6 weeks as long as it stays in the vacuum sealed package and is refrigerated.  Once opened we recommend you consume it right away.  It can be held wrapped in the paper we provide for about a week in the fridge.

Is my shipment good if the ice pack enclosed is melted?  

Yes, the ice pack is to help keep the salumi temperature controlled during packaging and until picked up by carrier.
