Grandma Dee’s Old Fashion Ravioli Dinner – January 13, 2018

There will be a reception upon arrival where we will be showcasing our new 2016 releases and will also have a selection of older Del Dotto wines to try during dinner.  This will be our FIRST dinner to taste some of the 2016 vintage wine so book soon, as we will be keeping this dinner to 75 guests.

Every Sunday at the Del Dotto home, Grandma would cook a ravioli and chicken dinner.  It would be a festive time celebrating Grandpa’s mother’s recipe from Sicily.  Because our VIPS are a part of our growing family we are going to do a family style buffet dinner just like the old days.  All you can eat and maybe a little fancier than we use to do.  The best homemade raviolis and meat sauce with chicken and prime rib. Wow!!! Best food of any party this year I predict. See you there. Dave Del Dotto

Black Truffle Dinner - January 27, 2018

Chef Joshua Schwartz will be preparing a decadent dinner celebrating black truffle season with black truffles from Urbani. Each amazing dish will be paired with special wines including some from our family library and large format bottles. We hope you are able to make this fabulous dinner. We will be limiting this event to a small and intimate amount of guests.

Masked Ball - February 10, 2018

Our Venetian Masked Ball is our most festive and formal event of the year.  We welcome those of you that want to dress formally or in traditional Venetian costume. Wear your favorite Venetian mask if you have one.  If not, we will provide one for you to wear during the evening.  Live opera will be the featured entertainment keeping with the Venetian theme, while you are served a seasonal Venetian inspired dinner paired with hand selected Del Dotto wines to complement each dish.  We will start the evening with an informal barrel tasting introducing some of the 2016 vintage wines in our candle-lit Cave.  A festive fun filled evening not to be missed! This is a very popular event so do not delay in booking.
