INTRODUCING OUR NEW FOOD & WINE PAIRINGS
Executive Chef Joshua Schwartz will be celebrating the harvest season with a lunch that showcases the generosity of the soil in our culinary gardens and his spectacular seasonal food and wine pairings. Guests will meet Chef Schwartz in the winery and then go on a walking tour of the gardens and enjoy our chilled Rosé. If crush is occurring, we will stop by the crush pad to view the 2015 grape production and sample free run juice. Then we shall head into the cave for barrel tastings and salumi and finish with a seated lunch paired with our Family Reserve wines.

Join us at our Venetian Estate winery for the newest wine & food pairing, Delicacies by Del Dotto prepared by our Executive Chef, Joshua Schwartz. This tasting experience begins in the caves with a barrel tasting of four wines followed by five luxurious bites, each paired with our wine.
*Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time as the tasting will start promptly. All guests must be 21 years of age or older.
