Join us at our Venetian Estate winery for our “Delicacies by Del Dotto,” a wine and food pairing held in our VIP Lounge. This new tasting experience will debut to the general public on January 8th, 2015. Available Thursday through Saturday twice daily at 11am and 1:30pm.
The “Delicacies” tasting experience is offered for $50 per person. The wine and food pairing will consist of five luxurious bites paired with five Del Dotto wines prepared by our Executive Chef, Joshua Schwartz. Please see our sample menu below.
If you are interested in upgrading this experience, for an additional $25 per person, we will include a barrel tasting in our Venetian cave of approximately four wines immediately following the Delicacies food and wine pairing. This barrel tasting upgrade is only available for those who purchase the “Delicacies by Del Dotto” wine and food pairing.
