From our Cinghiale Vineyard on the Sonoma Coast, we craft three distinct expressions of both Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Each vintage is carefully evaluated barrel by barrel and clone by clone, allowing us to create three tiers - Caves, Estate, and Family Reserve - all sourced from the same exceptional vineyard. As the selections become more focused, the wines naturally gain greater richness, depth, and complexity, with the finest barrels and most distinctive clone selections reserved for our Family Reserve bottlings. This tiered approach allows guests to experience the full range of character our Cinghiale Vineyard offers.

This vintage marks the first release of this wine under our Del Dotto Caves label, bringing greater cohesion to our portfolio. Formerly presented as Piazza Del Dotto, the wine itself remains unchanged—crafted from the same exceptional fruit and with the same winemaking philosophy our guests have come to love. Sourced from our Cinghiale Vineyard on the Sonoma Coast, this bottling represents the most approachable expression of our Pinot Noir from this remarkable vineyard.
