2024 Cave Blend Napa Valley 

70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Merlot, 9% Zinfandel, 7% Sangiovese, 1% Cabernet Franc

This approachable red table wine is a dynamic blend of varietals, thoughtfully composed each year and aged in our caves to be your perfect everyday companion. This vintage unveils intriguing layers of dark bramble fruit and ripe black cherry, interwoven with aromatic hints of cinnamon and dried tobacco leaf. On the palate, it's exceptionally smooth with a silky texture, delivering persistent flavors of dark plum and sweet spice, all culminating in a delightfully pleasing finish. The 2023 Cave Blend is wonderfully versatile, equally enjoyable on its own or paired effortlessly with a wide range of dishes or enjoyed solo.

Olive Oil Italian Blend

Our Olive oil is an Italian blend of Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolio, Coratina, Taggiasca, Moraiolo & Casaliva. It is of medium intensity with the signature peppery finish of fresh oil. Some of the flavors found in this blend are grassy, peppery, green tea, nutty and tropical to name a few. This is a finishing oil that does very well with salads, pastas, meats, sauces and with a little pinch of salt is delicious on bruschetta…..you can put on cantaloupe, ice cream, eggs. The thing with really great olive oil is that it doesn’t smother the food, it lifts it up and highlights all the flavors.
