At the Cinghiale vineyard, the cool maritime influence moderates its power, while the full sun exposure allows it to fully ripen. Our Mourvedre shows off all the power of the varietal, with dark blackberry, sweet tobacco, bergamot, and fresh herbal aromas. The wine has a full entry with a weighty and structured mouthfeel, yet moves across the palate with finesse.
