Our 2017 Vintage Brut Cuvée reflects both the pedigree of the Cinghiale Vineyard and the refinement that comes from traditional Méthode Champenoise production. Aged in tirage for six years, the extended time on the lees brings remarkable depth, elegance, and maturity to the wine while maintaining the freshness of its coastal origin.

The nose opens with aromas of fresh-cut meadow and delicate earthiness, layered with notes of Asian pear, green apple, and toasted nuts. Subtle hints of anise add intrigue and complexity to the aromatic profile.

On the palate, the wine is vibrant and refined, with lively acidity supporting flavors of crisp orchard fruit and gentle autolytic richness developed during its extended aging.
