Tasting Notes:

The 2019 Cinghiale Mourvèdre is a rich and full wine without being overly tannic.  Strikingly smooth while maintaining body and presence, this wine is all about the mouthfeel.  That being said, the aromatics provide nuances of black plum, nutmeg, and cured meats.  An incredibly intriguing wine that stands apart from the pack.
