2019 Piazza Del Dotto Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Etched 1.5L

Ripe black cherry, blackberry, and star anise aromatics are complimented by notes of dark chocolate, light vanilla bean,  and cedar.  This wine has evolved beautifully in the barrel, gaining incredible depth and balance.  The mouthfeel is fresh and lively, but moves seamlessly smooth across the palate.   Showing incredibly well in its youth, this wine will continue to evolve over a long period of time.
