Tasting Notes:

The American Oak carved and grooved barrel from Alain fouquet has a beautiful sweetness of aromatics.  Fresh cracked vanilla bean is interwoven into notes of tropical and stone fruits with crushed almonds.  The mouthfeel is juicy and layers between raspberry and moyer plum.  This beautiful barrel produces a slightly softer texture due to its extremely tight grained wood from the northern Midwest.  Enjoy this wine now over the next 7-10 years!
