Tasting Notes:

The St. Emilion Fouquet is sourced from the Allier and Troncais forests.  There are some French winemakers that say the Troncais forest is "that which produces the magic casks."  The bouquet from this tasty selection is full of espresso, dark baking chocolate shavings, cookie dough and boysenberry jam.  The flavors are very complex and showcase blackberry pulp, toasted walnuts, cassis and currants.  This is yet another of the quintessentially shining stars from the world famous Oakville appellation!
