Tasting Notes:

This delicious production might be the new Ace of the lot!  The nose is pure and focused, with a purple floral nuance, cherry pie crust and a small splash of baking spice.  The barrel tannin is ultra fine grain from the ancient Troncais forest, along with the richness of fruit and skin tannin, the mouthfeel is dense and luscious.  This would be an absolute must of any collection!
