2021 Piazza Del Dotto Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Etched 6L

This is a stunning selection that comes extremely close to rivaling our top single vineyard Estate Family Reserve cabs. Over the last few years the Piazza Reserve has quickly become a staff favorite. This a blend of primarily Oakville Cabernet with a splash of Merlot to round out and soften up the finish. The nose exudes beautiful red fruit pureé, French vanilla bean, snickerdoodle cookie crumbles and a hint of baking spice. The flavors are delicious ranging from raspberry and strawberry pie to warm cocoa and dusty earth. The finish has a buttery-like richness and satin-like landing.
