This is the actual original combination nicknamed the Almond Joy and Pina colada' barrel!  Our 100-point Cabernet vineyard, aged in the Carved and Grooved Fouquet barrel, uniquely excites the nose with a tropical characteristic.  With a splash of coconut on the bouquet, the fruit is vibrant and zesty even offering one very soft hint of stone fruits in addition to the Cabernet red fruit profile.  With nuances of fully ripened raspberry, sweet butterscotch scored oak, chocolate brownie batter and crushed almonds, this barrel is extremely one of a kind and can be enjoyed dangerously quickly.  Drinks like a pure classic Napa Cabernet with multilayered new world flavor profiles!
