2021 St. Helena Mountain Taransaud French Oak Family Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 750ml

Tasting Notes:

This particular selection is quite possibly the liveliest and most exotic of the barrel selections on the nose.  There is a brightness that is not quite found on the other barrels.  Sweet notes of fruit leather, buttered brown sugar, Kona coffee and slate are pleasant and enticing.  On the palate, this world class barrel creates a symbiotic masterful balance of the rich fruit basket and subdued but well-structured oak component.  Taransaud is quickly becoming a favorite of our wines as well as Napa valley's finest cult Cabernets!
