"The Dream" to create the worlds greatest Cabernet Sauvignon from the most sought after vineyard estates in Napa.  We here at Del Dotto are very lucky and blessed to be able to showcase perfect berries from St. Helena, Rutherford, Oakville, Howell Mountain and Pritchard Hill.  The Beast has received multiple 100 point ratings, truly offering the creme de la creme from each of our top vineyards!  It is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.  The bouquet is with interwoven layers of forest floor, milk duds, brambleberry marmalade, allspice, graham cracker cookie, and toasty oak.  The palate is viscous, fully integrated front to back and side to side tannin structure.  Nuances of dark fruit gummies, crunchy toffee and oak spice are harmoniously folded together with a decade long and thick velvet finish!  This is a flagship Cabernet that truly shows toe to toe with the finest the world has to offer!  Beast mode friends!!
