Tasting Notes:

A blend of the best barrels of our chardonnay coming from our Cinghiale Vineyard over on the Sonoma Coast in the Fort-Ross Seaview AVA. The nose is full of autumn persimmons and clove. The pallet has a robust gravel minerality and jasmine that last from start to finish. Notes of caramelized pears, apples, and apricots.
