Tasting Notes:

Our Howell Mountain Cabernet is the most robust of our Estate vineyard selections.  Soaked in mountain sunshine from the high elevation of Howell Mountain it boasts a core of opulent dark fruit.  Plump blackberries bursting with jammy richness and juicy cassis layered with hints of exotic spice and earthy thyme.  This vintage is on the fruit forward side but has remarkable intensity and velvety smooth tannins.  Leaving a lingering finish of decadent dark chocolate, violets, and anise.  Another exceptional wine from this cult followed appellation.
