Tasting Notes:

The Centre Sylvain French oak barrel is a classic.  Jean Luc Sylvain's family has been making barrels in Bordeaux for nearly two centuries and this selection exudes rich yet very balanced flavor profiles.  This is a savory and brooding wine bursting with black cherry flavors. This barrel is a bit more masculine than the other selections with integrated oak and more tannin structure. A perfect wine and an amazing collector Cabernet.
