The Vineyard 887 Family Reserve blend is a layered and balanced wine consisting of a 10-barrel blend of the BEST French Oak barrels that we have.  Layers of flavors showcase the purity of the black fruit from this amazing single vineyard site.  Dusted almonds, nutmeg, cinnamon, Christmas spice, honey, currants, plum and sweet caramel.  Explosive finish with full mouthfeel, this wine is balanced and energetic with amazing acidity. The barrel blend is truly the best representation of what this vineyard and vintage has to offer.
