Crafted from Pinot Noir grown at our Cinghiale Vineyard on the Sonoma Coast, this Sparkling Rosé is produced using the traditional Méthode Champenoise, where the secondary fermentation occurs in the bottle to create its fine, elegant bubbles. The wine opens with an inviting bouquet of ripe strawberries layered with delicate hints of rosewater and subtle spice.
