We gave it this nickname the ghost barrel as the oak is integrated with the juice so seamlessly, it allows the fruit to be the showcase yet with firm and complex additions from the oak. Darnajou has been able to create a smooth, well-rounded blend of complex subtleties making the oak untraceable.
